Our talented chefs at The Vine-Yard Restaurant and Cookery School at Hainle Winery in Peachland, B.C are thrilled to announce our delicious new "VineYard Pantry" line of Dry Spice Rubs, Dips, Salad Dressings, Vinaigrettes and Infused Oils for cooking and salad dressings.
The base of this innovative line of products can be found right in the vines of our winery. We recover the skins of our wine grapes after autum "crush", slow-dry them and then grind them to create a lovely and aromatic base for the infused flavour creation that is
"The VineYard Pantry" line of handcrafted food products.
These all-natural, hand-crafted artisan food products are certain to become a staple in your kitchen. They make flavourful marinades, savoury snacks and sumptuous seasonings and pair with a wide variety of foods and wines.

Our "VineYard Pantry" products are all hand-made and bottled in our kitchen. The inspiration of this innovate food line stems from the skins of the grapes of our vineyards. We do not add any chemicals or preservaties to our products. We add only the the finest ingredients to the slow dried and crushed aromatic powder that is the base of each of our creations.

Our Vine-Yard Restaurant and Cookery School is located in beautiful Peachland, B.C We are along the popular Okanagan wine route just off Hwy 97. We are open for lunch and dinner through the Spring, Summer and Fall. And open for private groups at any time.
Our cookery school is open year round and we offer a wide variety of callses and group experiences.
