commitment to organic viticulture and winemaking.
We are currently in the process of applying
to have our Vine Yards and cellar certified
organic, but this is not complete yet.
Our Vine Yards and cellar practices have been
to organic standards since 1992.
The articles presented here were written
some time ago, and their presentation now
should not imply that we are currently certified
organic, although we expect this to be the
case within a few months.
