AWARD WINNING ORGANICALLY PRODUCED WINES

  Ordering in a Restaurant
Ask your server for suggestions.

Strong flavors overwhelm delicate flavors. Everyone has their own preference about which wines and foods are complementary, and a wine and food pairing usually has more to do with the seasoning in the dish than it does with the dish itself (IE. Sauces that are salty, sweet, sour or savory). Just go by what you like best.

How to decide which wine is right for you.
  • Choose the occasion and location first. Are you at home just watching a movie? Maybe you might want to drink a different wine then you would in a Restaurant while eating a meal.

  • Decide on a red or white. This will depend on your personal taste and those of your companion(s).

  • Order by the glass is a way to accommodate the varying preferences at your table and provide an opportunity to try two or more different wines.

  • In any good restaurant the waiter or waitress will bring the bottle to the table and show you the label to satisfy you that it's the wine you ordered. A sample may be poured into your glass for approval before the rest of the table is poured a glass. If the wine is okay, nod and the waiter will pour for everyone else.
