 Group and Corporate Classes - Remove all business suits – darn an apron - and get set to work as a team with your colleagues. Bring your appetite for good food, good wine and a little fun for a fulfilling experience.
It's a hands-on team building experience at The Producers Cooking School.
Working in teams of two, your group will prepare a three-course menu featuring seasonal products found in the Okanagan region. The team will also select a wine paring from our winery that they believe best compliments their menu and our wine maker will judge the overall pairing and tasting.
Chef, and his team will be on hand to guide and offer the teams instruction where required.
After approximately 3 hours in the kitchen, the group will sit down to enjoy the results of their efforts in The Vine Yard dining room. After which our Chef and Winemaker will announce the winners and the team who get to take home the distinguished wooden spoon!!!!
Every team member receives a set of the recipes, digital photographs emailed and The Producers Cookery School memento.
