Wine Workshop Dinners
Not a Gourmet night, but rather a wine lead evening.
Taste up to 20 wines with very distinctive curvees and vintages and labels are not always allowed!!!
You’ll experience reds and whites and the task in hand is to successfully identify all 20 – with the help of our winemakers and identify the key characteristics of each wine and what makes it unique.
The evening also consists of wine games and awards for the ‘right nose’.
A delightful evening for groups wishing to explore wine a little further.
The wines are from Hainle Winery and other North American and European Wine Regions.

Our winemakers will come to your home and you and your guests can enjoy up to 8 wines with tasting notes.
We can complement the occasion by offering selected canopies to match the tasting or offer a full dining experience to you.

A Day as a Wine Maker and Estate Manager
Why not put on your boots and darn your pruning shears for the day and join our professional winemaking team to learn what organic handcrafted winemaking really is all about?
Your day will start at 9 a.m. with coffee and pastries while we brief you on the day’s events and then it’s off to inspect the Vine Yards and cellars.
You will experience our daily wine tasting in the cellar, work in the Vine Yards, perhaps send a few wine orders out and above all else experience what handcrafted organic winemaking is all about…..but don’t worry – we won’t expect you to do any weeding!!!
You will join the team for a light lunch in the Vine Yard Restaurant and then its back to work. The day is rounded off with a vine planting ceremony by yourself with you adopting a row, a team photograph and a glass of wine or two back in the winery.
A lovely day for any guest wanting to learn more about organic handcrafted winemaking.
