If you have a need to consider a refund or a return, you have likely ordered a product from us, which means we owe you a “thank you!” Hainle works hard to provide good customer service. That said, the following is our return policy:
- All case sales are FINAL SALE, are not eligible for refund, store credit, or exchange.
- By law, we CANNOT accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked, or flawed.
- We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged during shipment. Please contact us within 3 days of receipt of the wine.
